- Transferring or selling account details is strictly prohibited.
- Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months or more) may be temporarily suspended.
- Members may request account closure at any time — the remaining balance will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met.
If admin321 detects suspicious activity on an account, it reserves the right to keep that account suspended until a proper investigation is completed. Financial transactions on the account may also be suspended during this time.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and the total balance will be ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and the total balance will be ৳47,000.
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
- The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- One bonus offer cannot be combined with another while it is active — unless specifically permitted.
- Using bonuses with the intent to exploit them (bonus abuse) may result in account cancellation along with forfeiture of bonus and winnings.
- admin321 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
Betting and Gaming Rules

- In the event of a technical malfunction in a game or bet, admin321 reserves the right to void the result of that round or wager.

admin321's total liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the actual amount deposited by the member during the relevant period.
Changes to Terms and Service Termination
admin321 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed with adequate notice before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

- In the event of service discontinuation, members' available balances will be returned through the appropriate process.
